Close To Home Bespoke is a Design & Build construction company located in Kent, the Garden of England.
Our company, founded in 2020 by Jake Mullery and James Boston, creates dedicated spaces that improve remote work and work-life balance. We do this by designing and building bespoke garden rooms.
Jake, a Chartered Architect, and James, a Project Manager, lead a team of designers, technicians, and master tradesmen.
We offer a full design service from early concept design to construction and aftercare.
Jake is a Chartered Architect and owner of Mullery Architects. After 10+ years in the industry, Jake has managed several residential projects in the south-east of England. He has a keen eye for detail and is passionate about designing multifunctional spaces for work and play.
James is our experienced on-site Project Manager, Contractor, and Supervisor. A wealth of experience in the industry, James is responsible for the garden room construction. He oversees its technical development, the utilities installation, and the landscaping. James is our Master Craftsman.
